Pickup is a platform that connects customers with local shops and restaurants for order-ahead and timed pickup. Pickup is operated as an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party payment processor, delivery service, or marketplace.

When you use Pickup, we collect:

• Account information: email address, phone number, and role (customer, vendor, or admin).
• Order information: items ordered, pickup times, payment references you submit, and order status.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide the Pickup service, including order processing and pickup coordination.
• Communicate order status and pickup notifications.
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security.
• Improve the Pickup platform.

4. Payments

Pickup does not process, hold, or settle payments. Payments are made directly between customers and merchants using payment methods enabled by each merchant (UPI, bank transfer, or pay at collection). Pickup does not have access to your payment credentials beyond any payment reference you choose to submit for verification.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only as required to provide the service (for example, sharing your order details with the merchant fulfilling your order) or as required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
